Burger King

@J Heretic Forcier review. That lung infection the employee told you about is a thing called covid. @Owner what are you doing allowing your employees to clock into work like this? @Owner how do allow workers to sample bite sandwiches and then send them on their way to customers (see picture posted by reviewer). And at all burger kings, how come burgers are always cold and never hot like wendys or mcdonalds? Oh I know, because you flame broil a bunch of them at once and then store them in plastic bins. 30 min later when a burger is ordered a cold patty is snatched from the plastic bin! Never hot, always cold.

We waited a few mins for someone to answer us in the drive thru, there were no cars in the drive thru nor were there any in the parking lot, not sure what took them so long. We place an order and were told to pull to the 1st window and waited what felt like 10 mins before anyone collected our payment. A gal collected our payment and had us pull forward to the next window, gave us our food and sent us on our way. We snuck a fry in while driving home and it was cold and stale. We live less than a mile away which is also less than a 5 min drive home. All food was cold and terrible. Worst Burger King we have ever been to.

We showed up via the drive through and gave the person on the speaker our order. They then asked us to go to the first window. We drove to the first window and ended up waiting for nearly 20 min for someone to take our card. The person who finally took our card said she had a lung infection and by the sound of her voice I believe her. My family will not be returning.

Poor service. Cook called us a liar when he forgot a sandwich and large fry. Didnt apologize once about his mistake. The cook has dark brown hair bottom to his neck.. Was wearing a red shirt. Mind you we are in the lobby. No manager on duty not even a team leader on duty. One employee constantly on there phone. They acted like they were busy when they weren't. They had us in the lobby and had 3 to 4 cars in drive thru and acted like it was the end of the world. Took more then 10 minutes to even take our order.

This is honestly one of the best Burger King’s I’ve been to in this entire country. I have a very large family and we order lots of food and normally people get overwhelmed and they don’t treat us well and eventually they forget food. This has never happened at this location. Every time I order I am treated with respect. Food is always quickly made even when it is busy, and always is top notch quality. I want to give special thanks to Michael! I came through just the other night and he was SUPER helpful, took his time, and had me pull around so I wasn’t waiting in the line. He then came out with drinks first and gave an extra carrier when I busted one. He then brought out the food in two large bags that were closed to keep it hot. I checked all the food and it looked great! Please keep hiring people like this because they are the reason I keep returning to the same places. And if more places treated customers with respect like Michael, I might even enjoy going into public more. Absolutely recommend this Burger King! 10/10! Merry Christmas everyone!
