I ordered a chicken sandwich extra mayo, I asked for them NOT to get slot with the mayo and they did just that to my sandwich, have me two slimy half dollar tomatoes, and the smallest chicken breast on the bun. More mayonnaise than chicken literally. The curly fries was hard, as if they had been there past freshness. Overall terrible food, very poor customer service, as the girl working drive thru let it be known she didn't want to work this evening.

Guess they're headsets are a bit messed up waited a quite a bit to ordery food then once I ordered my chicken slider and pulled up to the window Rob the assistant manager gave me a free chicken slider which I thought was cool of him for making it right for me waiting to order

Just stopped there to grab a sandwich. It was 8pm on 5/26/2022. They were closed. The hours say open till 10pm. Not cool. Hights arbys

I wouldn't normally go out of my way to leave a 1 star review but my experience tonight was bad. I got a combo meal, a chicken slider and nuggets for my toddler. The chicken was all burnt to a crisp and inedible. The beef on my beef and cheddar was bland like it didn't seemed cooked correctly, and they put all but two drops of "cheddar" on it. And to top it off, I couldn't even wash the bad taste out if my mouth because the soda I got was watered down due to the machine running low on syrup. The fries were good though

Very disappointing
My large fry wasn't even filled all the way. (The only reason I wanted arby's)
The drive through lady didn't seem to be too happy to be there. Hope you find some enthusiasm

My only issue with this place is they charged us extra to have bacon on our cheddar roast beef even though the commercials advertise this as being included in their $6 for two deal.

Everything I ordered was burnt or had very obviously been sitting for a long time. I ordered a Jamocha shake, and they gave me a vanilla shake with chocolate on top. Disappointing.
