Pizza Plus

Small but enough room to have a small gathering. Ordered the lunch buffet and was very pleased. My son requested the spinach pizza and it was delicious! Topped with tomatoes it was unique and offered a delightful contrast to the typical meaty buffet selections. The service was very efficient and friendly. I definitely recommend especially when you need to feed a group of hungry teenagers.

So we just ordered not cheap ($50 after we tipped the driver) takeout from Pizza Plus in Big Stone Gap. I'm sick as a dog and my bf is tired from working out of town all week. He got halfway through his salad and found a DEAD FLY IN HIS SALAD. So I call and ask for a manager and I hear the girl who answered the phone ask someone one in the background "Do you wanna be the manger?" He says "Uhh.. I guess" and answers the phone. I demanded a full refund cause I'm totally grossed out at this point. He spoke with the manager and she offered to remake the salad or put a credit on the account. But wouldn't even refund just the salad. No, I don't want another salad from the bar you don't keep clean. Only god knows what condition the kitchen is in. I feel like refunding just the salads was not an unreasonable request. But whatever. I'm trashing all of it.
