Mcdonalds

Usually great but lately the buns on almost any different type of burger I have gotten has been so dry. Even at times being really hard. The burgers seem to not be fresh made. Almost room temperature.Hopefully things get a little better soon. Ok I will say it seems to have gotten a little bit better. So maybe it will keep improving. 🤔 The drive thru has been doing great about not being forever.

I ordered the 2 for $5 mix and match and got 2 fish filet with mayo, no tartar, and a basket of fries with no salt. They fries were greasy and didn't seem fresh, and for some reason, I got two McChicken patties on buns with mayo. I made a verbal complaint with manager (over the phone) who said his name was Adam and was told they would put my name down because I don't wanna backtrack to the store, but could get replacement next time I come thru. Please double check your food before you leave, like I wish I did. They're usually decent at their orders unless it like above or bacon big Macs(never could get bacon on them when they were offered). I will update if I get it replaced or not

I got a sausage and egg mcgrittle on my way to a drs appointment. I went through the drive threw and checked my bag after it was given to me and drove away. Halfway to my appointment in duffield I took my sandwich out and bit into it. The egg was still frozen, and I called the store. She said I could come get a replacement but as I was going to an appointment I told her I couldn't make it back before breakfast was over and I worked mornings the rest of the week. I asked if I could come get a replacement on my next day off and she said I could only come within the next 4 days because after that she wouldn't be working mornings. So I'm not happy with my experience AT ALL. and won't get breakfast from the big stone McDonald's any more.

McDonald's is pretty much the same everywhere...a young, busy staff, the Golden Arches, the wait in line at the drive-thru, the gold and red colors. Our McDonald's in Big Stone Gap, Virginia is exactly like that. It is clean, the staff are friendly and efficient and are well organized by management. There is not a long wait in line like there is in big cities. Who doesn't like McDonald's?
