I got the tuna sub and it was delicious! That freaky fast service is true. I'd placed my order and had gone to sit down and scratch off my lottery ticket. Before I'd settled in and got the card out, my order was done. Congratulations Jimmy John in Big Rapids, MI.

This specific JJs has been a staple in our road-trips for so long. Food is yummy, service is fast, friendly workers, what more could you ask for?

First time here. Tuna sandwhich was yuuuuum! The cashier was so nice and funny. Their reward system is pretty cool too.

The food was good. But the service was not to my standards. I expect to be talked to. Like ( hello, hi, how are you doing, can I help you) this group of people did not say 1 word to me.

I use delivery and I have no problem with the food itself, though the lady was a little rude when discussing the fact maps didn't bring her to the correct address. And while I know the store itself cannot do anything with the app, I think a pin adjustment for addresses like what doordash has or if it is already an available feature, make it more obvious for users.

I'm biased because I love Jimmy John's but I've never had a bad experience here.
If I had to complain about something it's that they were sold out of BBQ chips on this occasion but I easily found alternatives in the gas station half of the store. Still 5 stars in my book. I didn't go there for the chips.

Great subs at reasonable prices. Person taking my order was courteous and the person at the window was very friendly. Subs are fantastic! The bread they use is fresh baked to perfection. There is no bad choice here!
