Finally food was great for a change each different El Pollo Loco seems to give you different food or service only problem I had here was I could not hear the gentleman over the speaker

Food is alright. But they are never open at the time they say they are open. 10:30??? Make it 11pm cause they are never open at 10:30. Just fix the time schedule so you don’t get people confused….

Wow! It has been years since I have been to El Pollo Loco! The taste far exceeded what I remembered. I don't know if I or my Tastebuds have matured... or, maybe they have improved their Seasonings. However, regardless of reasoning, the Food was Delicious!

went there on Friday night The food I got was delicious I wish they had the tomato salsa which the one in my town had but I can understand they were very busy and they were out of it or don't carry it I got the two-piece chicken meal with the mac and cheese and beans and I also ordered a side of mashed potatoes and had their creamy cilantro sauce which was always delicious everyone was friendly just took a little bit to get served but that's we expected when they're busy

Really good service that was fast and the first El Pollo Loco where the breast wasn't super hard, charred, and dry. As tourists the only picture we took was of the giant piles of snow in the parking lot, but trust us, it was good food, too.

Same great food but with a Big Bear twist. It had a grate on the floor to stomp off snow and a fireplace inside. Bathrooms were clean and smelled good.
