This place has great food and I've been there a handful of times. I visit Big Bear every so often for camping, biking and snowboarding and each time the food is good all year around. Not a big chain restaurant so it's good to have a great spot to go eat.

We have been meaning to try this location for some time...our burgers were juicy and flavorful. Their sweet potato fries hit the spot as well!

My husband and I usually share the double cheese burger which I think is the Director, fries and the jalapeño caps. So yummy!!! Everyone is super nice with great service. This is not fast food p.s but they are faster than a restaurant would be.

It was good. Not a fast food joint, expect to wait a little as they focus on quality, not efficacy.
They put cones around my van as a courtesy, very nice 5 🌟 for that thoughtfulness.
They have some murals, but the best is the view out the windows seeing the trees on the mountain side or the lake

Fantastic burger joint!
My family went this last Sunday for the first time and we were completely blown away. Everyone enjoyed their burgers and raved about our experience. I got the Director and thought it was better than any double-double I've had down the mountain.
I also tried their cheese curds and jalapeño bottle caps. Both were excellent.
Between the line and then waiting for food, it probably took 30 minutes before we ate, so be patient. It's worth it!

What really stood out for me here was the service & reasonable price. Also appreciate that they have a halal beef patty upon request for no extra cost. I appreciate that the front cashier lady sensed that I was sharing my burger & offered to split it.
I ordered the Leading Man (cheese burger), large fries, large sweet potato fries, and a shock top bottle & it was under $25 total after tax. They also brought out wasabi mayo stating it was good with the sweet potato fries, which I also appreciated.
Overall a great experience! We sat outside with our dog, and they even offered to provide a water bowl for my pup.

I had a great burger from here. I ordered the Duke and was not disappointed. The Duke is a bacon western cheeseburger. The fries were also quite good and tasty. The burger was well put together and the bun was quite good as well. probably one of the more pretty burgers I have encountered, made almost no mess. There was not much of a wait, and there was plenty of parking.

This place is really good, much better than fast food for sure, but it is currently under construction and they’re short staff, which takes a lot longer to get your food. It seems a little unorganized too. We got our meal after 45 minutes waiting and the buns were a little cold, mine was hard on the side. Overall, I think that once the place is done renovating and get more organization it will be great. The food is good, I still enjoyed my spicy chicken sandwich.
