Dunkin'

It was about 630 in the morning, I ordered the new egg bites, a large coffee with almond milk, and a glazed stick. The food was exceptional, the workers were very caring, except for the manager. Outside there was freezing rain, I slipped and fell on my way over. I wanted to sip my coffee and snack on my doughnut as I waited 15 minutes for my Uber. The manager wasn’t having it, and said I wasn’t allowed to charge my phone here, and that she didn’t care how cold it was outside, nor how wet I was. I asked again nicely, but she still said no. I tried to order another order of egg bites, As soon as she handed it to me she told me to leave.

Amber at the Spruce Street location in Biddeford couldn't get a simple coffee order correct. Ordered 2 large hot mocha extra extra just to get home to drink my coffee to find it is burnt coffee with no mocha and little sugar or cream. Gas prices are high and to have to travel back to the store to get them to do their jobs correctly is ridiculous. Coffee is one of the easiest things to make and if they can't do it right maybe a new line of work is in order.

Lines were long, coffee was warm not hot and they had a limited selection of donuts. When I arrived home I opened the box and the donuts were smaller than normal, and they were not fresh. I understand why they took donuts out of their name. $12 for a latte and 6 old donuts. I probably won't be going back. I used to love this place.
