Burger King

Never had a problem with the food here, but recently the ordering experience has taken a turn. No matter how plainly I request it (double hamburger, only ketchup), my order inevitably comes out wrong. I'm told this is because of a new cheaper combo deal they have, but if it means I actually get what I was ordering I'll pay the extra dollar.

I ordered through the BK app… An Impossible Whopper, x2 patties, NO mayo, tomato or Pickles. Of course, no cheese. Fries and a Sprite. I received… A single patty (don’t know if it’s animal carcass or Impossible), CHEESE, mayo, tomato, pickle, soggy buns, cold fries with some stray onion rings to pair. I have called the store a handful of times over the past half hour and haven’t gotten through. I had this delivered to my place of work to serve as my one meal for the day, and Biddo Burger King did EVERYTHING wrong. This isn’t the first time I’ve received the wrong product or a completely messed up order, however this is the first time it’s been so messed up, I wouldn’t be able to eat it if I wanted to avoid getting sick. Corporate NEEDS to take the store/franchise over, this is sad. This could have easily been reconciled by delivering me the order I expected and calling it good, but the not-being-able-to-eat-it and the-not-being-able-to-get-someone-to-answer-the-phone - things are ruining my experience with BK here. Do better. Read the receipt! Smh.
