Ordered a med tuna sub. Each half had maybe 3 tablespoons of tuna and a whole slice of tomato. Two slices of tomatos on a med sub is unacceptable. The owner responded to a similar review from two months ago, but not much has changed. I'm still hungry after eating my mostly bread sub. I ended up deleting my Firehouse subs app.

Great stop on our way home from Maine to Vermont. I had a great salad, and my wife had a nice grinder. I'd been to your location in Waterville before and both have had quality food and service.

Not sure what happened to this location. Sandwiches were good in the past. Now, they are different. Less meat and more bread/condiments. What am I paying for bread and lettuce? Next time we are hungry for a sandwich will go to Jersey Mike's.

Meatball subs is really good however what caught my attention was the lady who was preparing our food keeps on scratching her head or hair while on gloves. Then another one is that this other staff came in after smoking outside and she didn’t even wash her hands after coming back from outside and after smoking.. It’s just disappointing to see that.

Firehouse Subs in Biddeford is our new go to on our way to Southern Maine. Subs are always delicious and consistent no matter what day or time you stop by. Firehouse is not your typical sub shop. Meats are lean and delicious. Toppings are fresh and plentiful. The wheat bread is flavorful and fresh. Staff is friendly and the restaurant is always clean. Absolutely the best sub chain going.

My favorite Firehouse Sub location. Very clean and the staff is super friendly. The sandwiches and salads are really delicious! You can sit down here and be served your meal after you order at the register. Easy access and plenty of free parking.

There was a huge bucket filled with salt in the middle of the doorway, banged my leg and nearly fell over while crying out in pain.
Woman behind the counter welcomes me and I tell her that I tripped over the bucket in the doorway. My leg hurts and she shrugged, moves the bucket closer to the frame and walks away to the back.
Been a very loyal customer. Not anymore and my leg still hurts.
And the bucket is still in the doorway. Just checked 20 minutes later. Still haven’t moved it.
