First time at Judi's Deli, stopped in for breakfast at 9 am. I was immediately greeted with a kind smile and willingness to help me process the large chalkboard menu. I settled on eggs with 3 items. Oh my goodness, you'd better be hungry. A large plate arrived with the omelet I ordered and potatoes and bacon and a toasted bagle with cream cheese. All delicious. The bagel was fresh, warm with a toasty crunch and a soft center. The omelet was cooked perfectly and healthy, no sign of cooking oil. The staff are curious and welcoming. I picked a table at the window to enjoy the daylight and people watching. (Interior pic taken from my seat). They also offer outdoor seating. I'll definitely go again the next time I'm in this part of town.

They have new owners or something. The 2 girls working there are rude and talk about personal stuff when you order. I’ve been there many times and it happens all the time. The only good thing there is the delivery guy and the young dark haired guy cleaning the tables. The soup was the best, but lately it’s not the same. Sad as this spot was THE spot in BH to go to.

First and foremost awesome friendly people! Good location with a small sidewalk patio. Good place for a hot pastrami on rye or a reuben. Nice fresh salad options. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

I don't know what's happened here. I've been a customer for over 16 years. Have they changed ownership? All new faces. The new staff-especially the deli counter guys-what happened to the old guy? The cashiers are even worse and seem to be rotating every day. Portions have decreased and prices have increased. The grill is now closed early at 3-so no hot sandwiches or food? They also take the order at the cash register vs the old way of giving it directly to the person preparing the food-so they've made mistakes every single time I've been there in the last 4-6 months. Wrong soups, no salad dressing in back, mayo on sandwich where no mayo was specified...on and on.
Yesterday was my last day-won't go back. The straw that broke this camel's back-they're not consistently using gloves for food prep-with COVID and the fact that they're literally in a medical office building-this is pure nonsense. Protect your health and pocket-go somewhere else.

They used to have a great Cobb salad. I would drive from anywhere to get it. Now it sucks! AND got $3 more expensive. Terrible. I was a customer for years. Now I'm not going back. It used to be great. It's not anymore.

Like others I work in the area and noticed the decline, nothing really bad so kept returning. The day I went in and stood to side waiting for my order, I see the worker pick up an unfinished bowl of soup from a customers table and walk into the back then pour it right back into the pot. I was done...never again. Since that have heard similar stories I won’t get into from people working in the area.

I'm actually glad I read the recent reviews bc I feel like many people are noticing a sharp decline in customer service standards.
I ordered for delivery recently and they messed up my order and couldn't even call me to let me know an item was out of stock. They wouldn't answer the phone when I called and they tried to make the poor grub hub driver figure it out even though that is not her job. And it took forever to deal with. This is so not like how it used to be! They were great (even during covid) so it's really strange that it's so dramatically different and unpleasant now.
Sad because they make good soup and food, but after my last experience with them, I just can't see myself bothering with their rudeness again. Like this is beverly hills and at these price points, you have to do better bc every other business around is able to meet those basic bare minimum standards.

2 bagels with eggs were $30. No cream cheese on one side of the bagel. The other side had a hint of cream cheese. Bad business-not nice to charge $15 for bread filled with almost nothing. I didn’t appreciate this breakfast experience. I wish I can get my money back. Avoid this place. Better breakfast places around for less - upsetting!
