Absolutely in love!!! “No Regretti Spaghetti” for the win! Low calorie, low carb, gluten free- no guilt pasta! I LOVE love love this menu and concept! My favorites are the hearts of palm, spaghetti squash with vodka sauce and the bbq chicken cauliflower pizza. They have a location in Beverly Hills and just opened in Santa Monica. I wish they were everywhere cuz it’s so nice to have healthy options to comfort foods and restaurant faves! Great customer service- feels like family and super fresh! I can’t wait to try everything on the menu! :)

It was great. Got the hearts of palm Bolognese and it was delicious. Iced coffee was surprisingly awesome too. Would definitely go back. Open one on the east side, please!

A gluten free health food restaurant - it’s pretty good if you’re craving pasta and carbs and pizza but want to be healthy because their ingredients are low calorie and and health conscious. I do love that everything on their menu is gluten free so you don’t have to feel like you’re skipping out on pasta. I got it doordashed and got the zucchini noodles with grilled chicken and grilled veggies — didn’t realize that the noodles would be actually zucchini 😅 even though it said “zucchini noodles” I assumed it was regular noodles with zucchini on the side. Overall it was good, the flavor was heavy on tomatoes (I got the pomodoro sauce) and it was filling, they put a ton of sauce on it so if you don’t want that much you’d have to tell them. Impasta is a great option for those looking for healthy Italian alternatives and gluten free. Their other pasta options may also be plant based so if you’re looking for actual noodles it seems like they don’t focus their pastas around that

Was invited for a business dinner. Loved their food, really did. Ambiance and the self-serve-offer obviously does not work so well as they were, politely said, "less than busy" on a Friday evening (we were the only guests ;-). Again, loved their food, but found it a bit pricey - but if you are really into this kind of food, you'll find it worth the money. Would I do a 30+ min detour just to dine here? Probabely not, as it just does not offer me the dining experience I would expect for this money. Sorry guys - ever been to "The Butcher's daughter on Abbott Kinney?

I’m actually surprised the pasta tasted good even if it wasn’t real pasta. I could eat that pasta every day. The place was very chill and the service on point. I will definitely be back as soon as I come back to LA.

This mostly plant based vegan/vegetarian restaurant is both innovative and (not surprisingly) a place for a really fantastic meal! We ate here twice while staying in Beverly Hills, and will definitely keep returning in the future. We especially enjoyed the Impossible Bolognese and the Kelp noodles with pesto and Impossible Sausage. The portions were really large! Service was excellent and friendly. They have a decent selection of wines, and during happy hour time, you get endless refills on wine, so it’s a great value if you are an early dinner person or if you are just looking for a place to relax and have some wine. We are hoping that they open a location closer to us soon! We will keep going back and recommend this restaurant to our friends.

I was impressed by the quality and flavour of the food here. Glad to visit a GF restaurant while in the LA area. Both dishes were surprisingly good. It was a bit on the pricey side but totally worth it. Thank you guys!

I absolutely LOVE Impasta - you never have to compromise on taste here. It feels like a true indulgence, and you won’t be in a food coma afterward. Their Romesco is a top choice along with the Eggplant Lasagna (it’s better than Erewhon’s). Oh and anything truffle on the menu is a must. And the mushrooms. The heart shape pizza pictured is part of the secret menu.
