Great pizza & appetizers. Fresh and hot! First time going to this restaurant. Great atmosphere, low lighting and very comfortable. Plenty drink selections to choose from whether it be alcohol or not. Employees were friendly and our server came to our table frequently to check if we needed refills or anything else. 5/5 stars! Will definitely be back. Very impressed.

Came out for a nice dinner with the wife. When we got there they had nice, good music playing. Had an appetizer, large pizza, and a few drinks. Then they turn the music off for the bulls game for one single customer sitting at the bar, had it on both TVs directly in front of him with the captions on. I politely asked our server if they could turn the music back on while we enjoyed our dinner and was told no. We will not be back.

Worst experience ever. Ordered a "Large Insanity Pepperoni Pizza" as well as some appetizers from UberEats. Driver arrived with appetizers, no pizza. Ok...mistakes happen. He went back to get pizza and I called and spoke to Megan who repeated back to me that they would remake a large pepperoni pizza and get it to driver. Driver came back and handed me what can only be described as...not a large pepperoni pizza. Told me to deal with Uber Eats if order is wrong. Called back to store and spoke to Megan again who said yes I had spoken to her until I asked why it was a small instead of a large. She said they threw the receipt away and weren't sure what pizza to make. When I said she repeated the order back to me she said "I must have spoken to her sister." Worst service ever. How can this be called a $30 INSANITY PEPPERONI PIZZA!?!?

Generally enjoy eating here, but today I called around 2:00 to ask if I could make a reservation for tonight at 6:45. I was told they generally don't do reservations, but rather just have a system for calling when you leave to guarantee a spot on the wait list, but was assured they'd go ahead and add me to the wait list early anyway. I then called when I left just to make an sure I was on the wait list, and they confirmed that I was, in fact, on the wait list. When I arrived, they found my name on the wait list, and even confirmed the time, but said it would be a 40 minute wait. The gentleman who did so was perfectly nice and very apologetic, so I didn't want to stand there and make a scene, but that's frankly unacceptable. It defeats the entire purpose of the wait list system, and even if a mistake had been made, the very least they could have done was given me the next available table, rather than making me wait 40 minutes.

Growing up this was where my family would celebrate my parents paydays and I would ask for bday parties food be picked up from. Over the years this place has gotten worse and worse. The last 6 months I haven't had a single good experience, especially in regards to crust, no salt, wrong kind, undercooked. Only an entire childhood of celebrations, old Chicago in my college towns/1st job 2hich I celebrate elections with, keep me hoping this place only had a bad night. My pizza tonight wasn't cut... Okay human mistake. After I had to cut it a good 40% of the interior of the crust was still raw. After cutting it and pulling a slice away it tore into 3 different pieces as the crust was so raw. Whatever happened approximately 2012 this place has become a worthless restaurant and I have actually been close to praying that cooperate revokes the franchise from whoever owns it because they're horrible managers.
