I am extremely critical of Dunkin' Donuts as I used to work for one for 3 years. The staff here is always friendly, and they make iced coffee like they actually care about what they serve. I know, not a high bar. However, it means a lot for what is essentially a commodity style product. When ordering a few munchkins, a couple extra always end up in the bag. The owner/ manager knows how to build and keep a happy customer base!

Shirma is SO nice in the Bethpage Dunkin (off Hempstead Tpke). Even late at night they take good care of everyone and they actually keep everything fresh!

Got there at 5:45 am and the two women that were working there behind the counter were extremely friendly very cheerful for it being only 5:45 am they were able to help me they made the best frozen hot chocolate and by the way it was my first frozen hot chocolate I loved it and I will be back
