Great food and customer service. We actually brought out of town guests the next night and was a great experience for all of us.

My first mistake was ordering a salad..... I knew I should have ordered some real food. My lettuce was brown and slimy. The grilled chicken was good so I ended up eating that from the salad. The fruit flies helped themselves to my bowl Brunswick Stew. Stew was ok, not stellar, didn't eat it. For the price I expect to have fresh lettuce on a salad. Well, at a restaurant, at any price, I expect to have fresh lettuce on a salad. Most likely won't be visiting here again. Didn't enjoy it a couple of years ago and didn't care much for it today. That's ok Barrow County-ites..... many other places I can go and enjoy. I'll save all the Shane's for y'all.

Good food Good customer service. But they need better seating. Those booths are hard.

Front counter staff was very friendly. We ordered 5 burgers. They were ALL burnt! We also ordered them with lettuce & tomato. We got a small piece of lettuce & a tiny piece of Roma tomato. My husband asked for more tomatoes but the kitchen staff wouldn’t give him any. Fries were cold. Such a disappointing meal for the amount we paid!

I've heard some awful stuff about their cleanliness. There service was also slow but understanding.

Food was cold when asking if they could bring out some that was warm they said they didn't have any. The baked beans were so dry they didn't look like they were cooked.

The front staff was nice and helpful but the kitchen staff left a lot to be desired!! They messed up a burger order argued with the front staff when they told them. They demanded to see the receipt to prove it!! They remade the burger to order it was still raw when we got it!!

No good... 👎 we usually like Shane's. ( NOT tonight) The pulled pork was cold, greasy and no flavor. The baked beans were dried up. The macaroni n cheese was bland and the Brunswick stew was too saucy. Needless to say, we will be looking for a new restaurant for BBQ
