Dunkin'

DUNKIN has mediocre overly priced drinks that are not being sold at the price they are posted as. I ordered a small chai latte with a espresso shot and that was $6 I stopped asking questions after they charged me $4 for something that was marked at $3.49. Will be a long time before I order here again. Smh.

The worst DD. They always get orders wrong. They don't offer a senior discount because "we got a new register and it doesn't allow that" oh please! I get an extra large coffee, cream and sugar, that's it. I get mediums, I get asked what donuts did you want (I didn't order any), I got an iced coffee once. Iced coffee will never leave my lips, that's gross, even on the hottest day in July, I want HOT coffee. Horrible place!

I went through the drive thru as I have done many times, this time I forget to order at the speaker, and got to the window and said I am sorry, just want a iced coffee as I usually get, was told I had to go back around, and wait again? really for one ice coffee, asked to speak with the manager, she said I am the manager. 1 simple. ice coffee, I always tip double , especially when its a 2$ coffee sale and I am a perks member. Never go here again, its the principal

I was there yesterday, waited ten minutes in line (only two cars in front of me) got fed up and went inside to find one boy running around like a maniac trying to help the drive through AND inside customers while this girl sat there with her SHOES OFF AND FEET UP ON THE DESK, on her phone, in the food prep area. She had the headset on and was taking orders but was not moving a muscle to help the poor boy. I confronted her and she replied that her boss knows!!!! Knows she is sitting there with her feet up in plain view of the customers, who have been waiting a ridiculous amount of time for their drinks??? WORST DD EVER!! Btw, she was still sitting there when I left and there were still tons of people waiting. It's a shame because it's an industrial area and right off the highway but everyone knows not to go there because it SUCKS.
