Ordered breakfast delivery via DoorDash this morning. Oh boy...don't know where to begin. The order arrived incomplete and in poor quality: the order of donuts was missing (Assorted 6 Donuts), sandwiches tasteless and were not prepped as ordered (not grilled); eggs in sandwiches were cold, coffee without sugar, large cups of coffee were only half full. Called the store. The young girl answered with an attitude and told me to "deal with it". I'm very disappointed with the order and poor customer service.

My go to place if I need a pick up during the work day. Service is great and very friendly, but this is the 2nd time I had to spit out a mouth full of grinds as I got close to the bottom of the cup.

Do not waste time and money going to Dunkin Donuts in Easton Ave. Bethlehem PA. They always make mistakes with orders. And you need to go back. Really disappointment. I would give zero Star. ššššš

Staff is honestly amazing. They were so kind to me, especially Tyler. He gave me a good laugh and really appreciated the tip I gave. He made me my Sweet Tea and it had the perfect amount of sweetness just like him! I will definitely be coming back to this location :)

Dunkin more like slam DUNKš. My grilled cheese was so good. The inside looked so clean. It was super cheesy and smelled delish. This was worth the money I just spent on gas. I love over by saucon valley but I always commute to this one because service is so much better

This Dunkinā does frequently not adhere to the posted hours. This location often does not have the common items in stock. The wait is significantly longer than other Dunkinā locations. They will accept Mobil orders (meaning take the payment via the app) but will not fulfill it. They will tell you thru the driver thru window that āthey are closedā. It response to your money being returned they refer you āto call the number on the appā

Multiple times Iāve been to this Dunkinā Donuts ordering an iced coffee & donuts and these girls canāt get the simplest orders correct . How hard is it to read an order receipt ! If you canāt put the donuts the customer ordered correctly in the bag then you shouldnāt be working at DUNKIN DONUTS. Then when I come back around and politely ask them to fix the iced coffee, they still canāt use their ears and get it made correctly. They act like they are above everybody, or that they are busy when thereās not a single other car in line. Unbelievable.
