Ok I've been dying to try Dan Dan noodles and this place did not disappoint! It was spicy but amazing. I also ordered the Wonton egg drop soup the best tasting egg drop soup I've had in my life. The flavor was amazing. Everything I got here was worth it!

You will be astonished with the food quality. You might think it's a simple restaurant around the corner, but omg the food is beyond anything I've ever seen.

This place has a lot of dishes and serves great food. You can't go wrong with the dandan noodles. They are salty, sour, oily, and delicious. I had the chicken and eggplant. It was flavorful and the portion size was good. The cup of rice it came with was a little small, but enough for me. My wife had the bean curd and vegetable pot. It had a more subtle flavor, but she liked it. We will be returning.

Very good vey authentic Chinese food! Bethlehem is so lucky to have such good asian cuisine. I believe the chef is from ChengDu. He makes his own oils. The flavors are amazing. The spicey dry pot was like a symphony in my mouth. The pork belly was light and refreshing and the rice balls were a decadent treat. I can't wait to go back.

Food is absolutely amazing. it’s weird, google maps say this places closes at 9:45 pm and when i called they said they close at 9:20pm? My issue is the menu and the guy who took our delivery order. The menu says Jump shrimp with dry pepper and the man over the phone said they don’t have that, we went back and forth i said S15 says this and he kept saying other orders. I eventually just got baby shrimp with salt and pepper? I tried to order wings they said they don’t have wings, tried to order boneless spare ribs they said they don’t have any and never have. Either the people need to learn their menu or they need to update their menu. Food was great though, I’m just frustrated it was so hard to order because the menu is wrong or not updated

Had to cut one of my dumplings open to make sure there was even filling in them. Good flavor but I could use these dumplings as bookmarks. Very disappointing.

Shrimp hot pot was delicious. A lot of shrimps! Delicious!
Waitresses were very friendly. One of them even helped a customer with her baby.
Highly recommend!
