The staff member was kind, friendly, and helpful. The frozen yogurts are delicious (and you can sample the flavors), but the store itself feels scuzzy. The trash can was overflowing, the mural wall is dirty with fingerprints, and the containers at the toppings bar look disgusting. There was also no outdoor seating.

The health inspectors need to come to this place and do an honest inspection. They should check for the maggots in the bins. The filthy trash cans and the substandard open fruit bar with the fruit flies! If you have allergies to mold…ThenI it would be wise to be knowledgeable in what you are consuming at this establishment at this present time.

Very dirty store. I went yesterday, the worker wasn’t even wearing a uniform, and was on their phone most of the time. There were gnats everywhere where the toppings are, it was so gross. I came in wanting to eat something good and left feeling disgusted. I didn’t eat what I got. I normally go to the Airport Rd store (where I used to work) and I love it because it is clean and has delicious yogurt. This store is dirty and the yogurt is not even good. Don’t go to this store for quality Menchie’s, go to either Airport Rd or Cedar crest Blvd instead.

Kids love the endless options and toppings here. Plus they allow free samples. They had everything from chocolate hazelnut to blue raspberry jolly rancher. I, however, didn't care for the taste of the frozen yogurt. Plus, with that many kids running through the topping buffet it got kinda sloppy and gross.
