Our service was lacking. I went with a large group (8). We got our first appetizer and our server disappeared for about 20 min before coming back. We had to ask for napkins and refills. The server also did not bring as many to go containers as requested. The food is amazing and worth the price. I enjoyed the meal very much. Presentation of the food is on point.

UPDATE - less than an hour after my review was posted, the GM called me personally to apologize for the meal. I believe in trying the same restaurant at least twice because staff can be overwhelmed and EVERYONE has off days, so I will be back. The manager, Greg was beyond courteous when calling me back. I assured him that our waitress was great it was just not that great of a meal. Looking forward to giving Prime another shot - I have heard nothing but great things about it from friends, and though today was disappointing, we’ll be back. ———————————- For $250, I shouldn’t have had a rubbery piece of “prime rib” from the night before. For $250, the sour cream in my baked potato shouldn’t have gone in the broiler, nor should it have clearly been in it from the night before. For $250, my old fashioned should’ve had fresh fruit and not been served in a brandy glass. For $250, my wife’s lobster shouldn’t have been a bouncy piece of fish product. For $250, her vegetables shouldn’t have been leftover frozen vegetables reheated from last night. What an embarrassment of a “steakhouse.” Save your money and go to Three Oak in Easton. This was a disappointing way to spend Mother’s Day.

Fantastic meal. My wife and son loved the Surf and Turf, my daughter had a beautiful piece of Salmon and my 20oz Porterhouse with bacon wrapped scallops was phenomenal. Making my mouth water just thinking about it. Still amazing, had the Porterhouse again. Im going for the Salmon next time.

Great prime steak which they are known for and got a handful award for the prime steak and other dishes, too. Delicious and reasonable prize. Packed of people and to my surprise, very organized and efficient place. Huge parking lot. Be Back soon.

We were able to sit outside. There are only a few tables and they were on the shade of the building so they moved it to the front so we could be warm enough. The wait staff checked on us often enough even though we were the only outdoor table. Food was fine. Wish there were more choices for a non-meat eater but it is a steak house. Even the seafood platter has bacon on everything, and there's steak in the vegetable soup! Portions are generous.

The Escargot was decent. Cooked well but overwhelmed by the sauce. The wedges salad was well balanced and made a good addition to the Escargot and Pinot Nior. The disappointment was the Fillet Mignion that was supposed to be done medium and was over cooked and dry. Displaced the balanced of the whole meal. With plenty of great steak places close by I don't see myself returning here because of the steak.

What an experience. The atmosphere is so nice and the staff are amazing. The best steak in the valley. And the dessert is sooooo good. I love their chocolate cake. Great wine pairing for your meal
