Copperhead Grille - Center Valley

I would’ve given this place a two star review, however, I brought it down to one star because of the waitress who served us. First and foremost, they do have really good wings. Let’s start off with the good. The not so good, was the service and the burgers. I did not enjoy my burger whatsoever. It was greasy and absolutely disgusting. The waitress clearly saw that I only took one small bite of my burger and never even questioned whether I liked it or not or if they could remake it. Still charged me full price & that was truly disappointing. Basic customer service adequate, would be to ask the customer if they enjoyed their food or how things were? But she clearly she did not. Overall, I would not return to this copperhead. I’ve had much better experiences at the copperhead in Allentown.

From the outside this restaurant looks more fine dining. We were a bit surprised to see the inside resembling more of a chain bar/restaurant. They had several TVs with sports playing. The food wasn't worth the price. Granted we came an hour or so before kitchen closed, however the food items that we ordered weren't as good as they looked. The server seemed a little swamped with tables, possible the restaurant needs more staff.

Review is for take out: Mozz sticks are ginormous! And the marinara sauce for dipping is awesome 👍 very yummy mozzarella sticks. Triple play is gr8! Love the kielbasa ❤ Ribs and pulled pork were awesome too! Mac n cheese was very good (we got the yellow, had white last time and it was too mild for our tastes). And I love the veggie soup ❤❤❤ this is our go-to for higher end take out 👍👍👍👍

We enjoy this restaurant and it's good and beverage choices. We just got a puppy and I called to find out if they allow pets in their patio. I was told "of course". So the puppy and I picked up our special lady for a surprise birthday dinner. Not only did they welcome our puppy but they brought her out a bowl of water and many of the staff came over to show her some love. The staff was very friendly and the food is always delicious. Now I've added them to my pet friendly restaurants. Thank you copperhead grille!!
