This five guys location is awesome. The fries and the burgers taste so great, that this feels like fast food heaven. Unfortunately, one weird thing about this is that they don’t have a ketchup dispenser here, while many others have one, so I have to take 10 ketchup packets to fill up my ketchup cup. This location is near my high school and I go there every Monday and Thursday. One of the managers that work here was very respectful. One time we went there, it was our first day of school and my brother came to eat here with me. When that manager took our order, we told her that it was our first day of school and this was one way we finished the first day strong.

Little hamburger with everything on it ( except jalapeno 😊)

They make the best french fries I have ever had in my life so far. The fries here are promoted from a humble side dish to a main attraction. As a foreigner living in the US, I am always amazed how an apparently simple and ordinary thing such as french fries can be so flavorful.

Quite good burgers, prompt service, due to a family member with a peanut allergy, couldn't get the fries. The dining area is generic and not particularly clean. Take your order to go.

By grading as a fast food chain I can honestly say burgers and concept are great for their counterparts such as bk or mcdonalds, fries were phenomenal as well.

Great burgers and amazing selection of beverages. This location had more than 100 sodas to choose from. I recommend the small hamburgers (one patty) as the double patty feels like the ratio of meat to bun is off. Burgers are fantastic, fries are hit or miss. The regular fries are not that great, and the cajun/spicy fries are mid. Soft serve ice cream and milkshakes are nothing special here, but not bad either. Overall, a decent place to grab a quick meal.

Great burgers and fries. They at least have lemonade as an option and have veggie sandwiches as well. The fries are fried in peanut oil, but I cannot even buy peanuts for delivery... I guess it is ok. Plenty of fries here. Their shakes are not bad either. Check to make sure if coffee flavor is available before ordering. They had a great delivery fee even before the fiveguys.com promotion happening now, but that may change in the future. They did fix my missing lemonade issue well by sending them in a different order later. Most interactions have been great.

The food here is hot or miss. You either get soft bacon and semi grilled onions or everything cooked to perfection. They also aren't as generous with throwing extra fries in the bag [what five guys is known for] like other locations. This place really should put customer service/satisfaction over quantity.
Also the cook/grill guy has a mean stare on his face as if you ordered something wrong.
If you want the only decent burgers on bethesda row go here. If you want five guys quality, you [may] be disappointed

What's not to like? Well, for everyone with a peanut allergy, don't come here. You will straight up die. Otherwise, you gotta love the free dry roasted peanuts, peanut oil fried fries, and the amazingly good burgers. Shakes are ok.
