I really enjoy the food here. I drove 30 minutes out just to have it because I had a craving for it. Today I ordered the salmon with brussel sprouts and I really thought it was delicious. I also ordered the peach lemonade which I've never had before in my life and I thought it was amazing. My waitress, I think her name was Kayla. She did a really fine job and she took care of me and my daughter. I would definitely come here again.
I met some friends here for lunch. We all enjoyed the meal we had and the service was good. They were able to split our checks with no issues. I had a grilled tuna salad and it was delicious. We sat and talked for a while and didn't feel rushed to leave.
Another delicious meal at True Foods in Bethesda! We sat outside and enjoyed a delightful meal of the Charred Cauliflower appetizer, Smoked Gouda Crustless Quiche, and Ancient Grains Bowl. Everything was scrumptious and healthy!
Just went here for a casual and yummy lunch. Love the food and the atmosphere. Shout out to our waiter Dom, he was great! The chared cauliflower is always my fav, but we loved our pizza and Hawaiian fried rice as well!

Okay so very good food, however, it wasn't very filling for me at all, I can't lie. I got the hatch Chile turkey burger and honestly it was really delicious. It was tangy and very juicy. But it just wasn't filling me up so I had to get some other food to fill me up. I was with a massive group and so it took awhile to come. Our waiter was actually amazing. They were doing it so elegantly. The service and waiters are actually the best part of this restaurant. The reviews aren't lying, the waiters are amazing!! It was expensive and so I don't know, there are probably better places to eat in DC taste wise, however this place was pretty damn healthy.
Awesome food! Hana was super awesome and was great! She gave me a vegan desert, which was fantastic!! It's a restaurant you have to try. If you go ask for Hana!
I must say the last 3 times going here it has been a welcoming experience. I love that they have nice staff, great food options,and accommodate if you ask nicely to switch out a side for another. Id give it 6 stars if i could!! I love their fish entrees!!! Wish they had more fish options but no complaints!!
This is THE restaurant. The waiters are always so nice, and they are pet and kids friendly. Also I brought my friend here because she has many food allergies I knew she wouldn't be disappointed and she wasn't, she loved the environment and the food, Kyran, our server was SO sweet and nice, he made sure she was well accommodated. I love True food kitchen 😋 and my kids do too. They said their pizza was beyond amazing 👏
I came here with a large group after a conference. They were phenomenal! I ordered the spicy Penang curry and it was delicious! The server also brought some green sauce that further jazzed the flavors. Delicious!
