Dunkin'

Go through the drive-through or they will completely ignore you. There were five people working. One person was clearly working the back area so definitely not have helped me anyway, but the other four people there were helping customers in the drive-through lanes and completely ignoring the two customers that were inside the store. This is the second time I’ve been to this location and both times - same customer service - none.

One of the busiest shop in the morning and evening hours. We had gone to this shop few times.. Staffs were very polite. Covering both in store and drive thru.. In the morning there was a long queue on the drive thru.. Staffs were very pro-active, monitored the drive thru crowd, gone to each vehicle and taken the orders. This was beyond the expectation.. Rock starts ⭐️ 🌟 I recommend this store!!

I don't know how much more an egg can cost than whatever the heck it is they call an egg at Dunkin these days but it has to be worth the extra money I order an egg and cheese sandwich but that is not an egg on there. It is powdery nasty and has no taste. It can't possibly be that bad to use a real egg and make us suffer through whatever the heck it is you're putting on your eggs sandwiches otherwise the staff here is friendly and the place is clean The coffee is now just average but it's the eggs that give it such a low rating

Just keep driving... During the 30 minute wait in the drive through I had the chance to observe workers pounding out food trays used for the oven system in the trash cans and then inserting more food for cooking with no type of sterilization in between. When we finally received our food my 5yr old's strawberry frosted doughnut had been put in the bag frosting side down so the frosting was stuck to the bottom of the bag, which was really disappointing for him and so easily avoided. The staff working on 3/6/2022 at around Noon need a better leader and a QA process.
