Sonic Drive-in

This is my local Sonic. The last 3 times have been extremely poor. Weather it is sottong at the intercom for 15 minutes with teens smoking weed out back and my kids in my car trying to explain the smell or the fact that my order was completely wrong. Ill ve driving the 3 extra miles to go to a different location as i think it will still be faster than this location.

Awful service. Food is never fresh. They can never get orders right. We ordered from this location often and my we always made sure to specify that we wanted hamburgers WITH NO CHEESE and my fiance's burger always had cheese. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich (which only come with mayo lettuce and tomatoes) and bit into an onion. Just over all an awful experience every time and awful customer service. And the parking lot always looks awful.

I called during happy hour to try out a strawberry limeade that has my sister sold at a discount. The drink didn't do much for me and I'll stick to the traditional most yummy cherry limeade. The last few times I've had their cherry limeade it's had a new most delicious flavor, seemingly a kiss of vanilla, that definitely wasn't there in the past. I hadn't had one since forever til the past year. My visits here have ranged from 3-5 stars. The pretty very sweet girl at the window had most long and also painted fingernails that I feel compromise the sanitary, safe, and professional handling of food. 4 stars this call.

Ordered 4 sweet teas and 2 soft drinks. Drove away and all 4 people in the car complained the teas were sour. I turned around and we asked to change drinks. We were told "no" that they would fix the sweet teas. We literally waited as they brewed a whole new batch. There were at least 4 cars that waited at the microphone and finally drove off. Lost business and made us wait a long long long time. I'm writing this as I am waiting here. Owner should be ashamed. Tea that sits all day does go bad. The new tea tasted good but then I noticed how many 1 star reviews there are for this location.
