Tried to order some non-dairy options with banana topping, was given the wrong flavor (hopefully still without dairy) and was told “We can’t do bananas on that so I don’t know why she told you we could” by an employee, without an apology, which is fine until you hand me the complete wrong order. Disappointing experience.

THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!! We ordered an ice cream at the drive through and were then charged $3 more than what the advertised price, who didn't tell us the price until after he already swiped my credit card. After we showed photos to the drive through clerk (who was exceptionally rude) we were told we would have to call a manager the next day for a refund. When we called they told us we would have to come back to the store. Since we don't live in the area this is not possible and no solution was offered. It's a nice setup to charge you more than what they advertise. Buyer beware!
