Went in 2 people was on the kiosk went to counter kid was standing there said had to order on kiosk as didn't know why he couldn't take my order went counter guy called out my name not friendly then slid my bag across to me then I know why I go to wood river location now not coming to bethalto location again if all possible 😒

I took 2 bites of this noticed I was eating lettuce and sauce. I bought 3 of these grilled chicken ranch burritos and every one of them were the same.

One of my favorite fast food restaurants I Love there crunchy taco's & 5 layer beefy burrito. I tried there new strawberry brink & it was delicious.

I love this Taco Bell, generally. Tonight, it was not my Taco Bell. I ate 2 fries before home & now only had half a serving. I ordered a Mexican Pizza meal. My first side taco was plain (luckily the second wasn't). The M. Pizza could have been made by a child. One thing that is constantly inconstant is the size of drink I will get when ordering a medium/meal. I normally go earlier in the day. To me, you would want your best staff at night... Someone help me change my 3 ⭐ back to my original 5!

The food was ice cold, none of it was made correctly, I got no straws, no napkins, and no sauce.. This is the third time this has happend

Can't order with a person have to use a kiosk not user friendly. No option for a recipt. Whats wrong with having a person take your order!?

I can't speak for the evening shift because I come in here on my lunch breaks during the day. The day shift is phenomenal and come here because of how friendly and personable they are! 10/10 love the day crew and how they always make my food amazing!
