Laux Brickhouse Grille

We came in they cleaned a table off for us I know they were a little busy. We sat down at our table I know our server was busy so completely understandable taking a minute to get to us. We ordered drinks for the kids there were 7 of us. We ordered Margaritas for us adults. We waited about 20 minutes to get them.The bar wasn’t too busy it self so there was honestly no reason for that. Mozzarella sticks,Mac n cheese bites, fried mushrooms were amazing good hot and fresh. I got my side salad for my entree before appetizers which I’ve managed numerous kitchens and I know how it goes but always make sure the customer gets the appetizers first. We got our entrees I ordered a 12 oz ribeye which was cooked to perfection until I took the first bite. There was no seasoning on it at all. The wife ordered Grilled shrimp and Fries which came with hush puppies and coleslaw. We weren’t informed until after we got our food that they were out of hush puppies. Which I understand how it goes. The wife’s fries were cold no salt at all. Which we came late it was about 8:15 on a Sunday after we walked in no body came in after us. My daughter got the horseshoe with a burger she’s 16 and it looked amazing. Until she took a bite and said Dad there is no seasoning on this at all. Why do you season everything so good. Which I know how the restaurant business goes one person complains and they try to fix it I have numerous years working in a kitchen as well as managing them. We like Flavor most people do. Just a suggestion.Server worked her butt off props to her. Good service nice place just a few kinks to work out. We live 2 hours away and choose this place. Overall decent place good service food was just bland give it some Flavor and I’ll give you 5 stars!!!

Several years ago when I was a drinker I was at laux Brickhouse a lot. My favorite time to go and my favorite time now to go is on Thursday evenings when they have steak night. You can't beat the price for the quality a food food in the amount of food you get. Furthermore the staff all are incredibly nice and never miss a Beat to help you. B t w. The extension they have made is absolutely gorgeous. Hope everybody visits laux Brickhouse
