Kfc

The Drive-Thru wait wasn't too long, the cashier was cordial, and the food was hot.. so all in all I was pleased with this KFC. With that being said, we specifically requested original recipe chicken; however, we were given crispy chicken instead. The crispy chicken was good, but my family and I still prefer original recipe.

I actually give a -0 rating for food and service. You advertise a 3pc box with 2 breast 1 wing for 9.99 I ordered it. I was given a wing and a short thigh. No breast at all. Yes, I should have checked before departing the drive thru but you will not get my service again, I should check in to suing for false advertisement. And not getting what I was charged for

I would not recommend this kfc I would rather make the drive to midfield. I stopped in today to get the 30 family meal and there was a truck in front of me they placed their order when i drove up to the speaker the lady gone say our system is down! So I drove around mind you the same truck that was in front of me was paying and handed his food so i drove back around then there was a car and a jeep that came up the car got their order but the jeep was told that she couldn't take his order. So then i drove back to speaker then she said they system down they cant take any more oders so I responded you just took the other cars order so why cant you take mine she said I cant run around here by myself and fix all these orders so I cant take your. I said oh ok the car ahead of me had two orders but you could fix it. And she said "Yes but my staff is about to leave so I cant fix your " I would rather drive to midfield if I ever go back to Kfc because the bessemer location is rachet and they never have good fresh chicken on several occasions When I was able to place an order I've had to take it back cause it was cold or wrong.
