My sub was made in the incorrect order, causing the sub to be more like an eclair filled with Mayo I didn't even want. I understand fresh foods are expensive but do not use mayo as a filler...that's disgusting.

I swear the folks who work at the Berwick Subway can't read! Every time we order on line our order is not correct. Today 2 of the hoagies in our order had no cheese on them.
We had both specified Provolone cheese but got no cheese at all. This is the last time we order from this place!

Can the people at the Berwick Subway read? Ordered 3 subs online for pickup. 2 of the subs came with "no "cheese and the one sub was a steak and "cheese "melt. Neither was the bun toasted like they are supposed to be. The other sub was an Italian BMT. Once again, no cheese,and was missing other ingredients ask for. Left special instructions to put vinaigrette in separate container. Didn't get "any "vinaigrette at all. Only 1 of the subs was right and that only had 4 ingredients. I don't think we've ever had an online order correct, but this is ridiculous. It seems the only way to get it right is to go there and tell them directly what you want on it.
