Amazing new renovations. Looks so much better. Staff were really kind. Good customer service, as compared to before. They do have different hours due to short staff, but that’s like any other place.

I know a lot of people shy away from the Tuna salad, but I had it on flatbread with spinach, tomatoes, cucumber, black olives, garlic aioli. A new combo for me, suggested by a friend; it was delicious!

I am giving 5 stars for the upgrade in the store and cleanliness. I would never suggest anyone go here before because it did not seem sanitary to me but now it is the cleanest and most sanitary subway I’ve seen in Michigan! I hope they keep it up and I would recommend this subway to anyone in the area now.

The young lady that made my sandwich was so nice. The place was clean and welcoming.
It's one of the few sandwich shops in Berrien Springs. It's cheaper than baguette de france and you get more food. And it's better for you. Been here a couple times. Wish the line moved a little faster BUT you can order online and pick it up so that's cool. Staff are nice and there is a small seating area. It is being remodeled so they are open but they don't look like it.
Normally I have fantastic experiences at this location. Tonight 6 people were turned away alittle after 9pm. The door was unlocked long enough for an employee to come out and say only 2 members of staff were there today. And they closed due to the football game at Berrien Springs. No signs or notices posted otherwise.
I know it's probably weird giving a subway 5 stars...but I literally come here about 4 times a week and my sandwich is always perfect. For some reason any other subway I go too their toaste is too hot, ot not enough. Or they vegetables are kinda frozen...never happened here. And the people are always so funny and super nice here. Plus they are currently remodeling!
Always good and fresh/fast. The best place for whole wheat as when its warm fresh is better than white bread. Tell your server that a smile makes it better. When you smile it makes thier day better. MAKE AMERICA GREAT-SMILE AT GREAT WORKERS.
