World’s saddest burrito. I went to twisters today to pick up an online order. When I arrived I first received a box with egg potato and cheese. I went back around and ask them where the tortilla was. They told me I had ordered the wrong thing, but that they would correct it. When I first pulled up to the window, an employee came up and asked me what I exactly wanted and I told her. She said they would fix it. Then another employee came to the window and explained what I needed to order in the future. He told me what I wanted was a smothered burrito. He told me at least four times that normally it would be an extra charge but they would take care of it this time. I offered to pay the difference but he kept repeating himself that in the future they would charge me. I understood him the first time… after his mini lecture I received this… the worlds saddest burrito. I am happy I didn’t have to pay the difference because what is this?

Great fast food but yummy food spot. Staff was very nice. We got to go inside to order and they offered dine in. Food was cooked fresh to order. Big portions. Good food. Seasoned well. We ordered a lot so we could taste a few things since it was our first visit. The staff member that took our order was helpful explaining all the food and flavors to us. The kitchen staff was nice and cooked our food quickly and the kitcheb looked in order from what I could see as I peeked back. Good expiernce. We will be back. ****Feb 2022...We went back after this and found the doors locked but drive thru open. No reason why and we have a RV so can't use drive thrus. Very upset at the fact no one came to the door even tho they walked in front and saw us. No notice on the door or online. I won't change my previous review because that day that score was earned but today I would give 0 stars****

The young man working the register was very helpful and extremely patient. He triple checked my order and insured we both understood what was being ordered. Upon receiving the order I did a quick check and everything looked in order. When I got home and passed everyone their order I got zero complaints. Everyone got what they ordered exactly the way they wanted it. Food quality was also very good, sopapilas were a little crisp, but all in all it was a great meal.

Amazing customer service from both Kayla and the manager Marcus did an absolute amazing job on my food and when I was ordering it was so good and cooked the way I asked which some places don't do, plus I love the fact they are doing so well especially since it was just the two of them. Good Job Guys keep it up!

We are inside and had to wait. It is obvious that the drive through has priority. I had the fish sandwich. Honestly Arby's and even McDonald's have better fish sandwiches. Fries were okay but just average. My husbandhad the burrito which he liked so maybe stick with the Mexican food. We were the only ones dining in and actually watched a customer come in and get so frustrated with the wait he left after 15 minutes. The staff never even noticed he came in or left.

No frills spot, good food, friendly staff. Experienced fast delivery of food to our table. We had left 4 other crowded restaurants with a big wait (even a local fast food joint told us 25 minutes to get the food). We were in and out in 20 minutes. You get a ton of food for a low price, which was an added bonus. Almost couldn't finish.

So I went back to this location and they have improved allot! But they still don’t know how to follow directions. I ask for a large twister burrito with extra tomatoes and still either the cook or clerk forget or won’t do it. Food is 5 stars but directions is a 3. Take a look at the picture does that look like extra tomatoes?
