OMG!!! Everything is soooooooo good 😊 my food was prepared within minutes of me placing my order online , it was great customer service once I arrived , the place was clean ! And the food was hot ! By far the best place I’ve eaten since I’ve been back home to New Jersey ! I ordered turkey wings , Mac and cheese and collard greens

Great food at a great price!! I ordered the fried dark meat sandwich and let me tell you.... amazing!! Had enough food for me to make another sandwich for dinner!! I also tried the macaroni salad with tuna for the first time ever.... what have I been missing all these years!! Little bit of a wait because they were understaffed today but WELL worth the wait!! Keep up the great work Aunt Berta's Kitchen Too!! 👍👍

Customer service is awful. After being on hold for 15 minutes I decided to drive to the Lindenwold location on Sunday 5/15. Manager “Mark” took my order and was rude. The chicken was salty and yams were bland. I figured since they just had another turnover in employees they would be better. No not the case. I try and patronize businesses in Our Community but we need to do better in how we handle basic customer service skills. Do Better!!!!

I was really hungry for some good fried chicken but was sorely disappointed. The first piece of chicken was very dry (dark meat should never be dry), the two other pieces were juicy, but the batter was very salty (and I like salt!) and too greasy. The mac and cheese was decent, and the cole slaw I ordered wasn't in the container. The banana pudding and peach cobbler were both good, but I won't be back.

I walked in to order and I told the lady that I had needed to look over the menu. She said ok, once I got done looking over the menu I went over to the register to order and no one came to the register to take my order. A man came to the register did not acknowledge or greet me. He started opening mail then walked away from the register. I stood there for about 5 minutes and no one came to take my order. So I left I’ll take My business elsewhere. This place needs to take a customer service course because the customer service needs work.
