This Indian lady working there was so extremely rude. I used a bridge card for the food, I was unaware it didn't cover hot food. I told the lady, I don't have the cash to get the hot food, so can't get it. She said everyone knows that. Instead she grabs all the other items from my sack and voided my transaction and told us to leave. I need to know file a complaint. This was so unnecessary and unexceptable on her behavior. Does anyone have the owners name? Is she the owner?

this 7-11 randomly closes at night, just a paper sign saying "maintenance" seen this multiple times with a chain on the door. its a staffing issue, no one wants to work for this guy, the turnover rate is high based on my observations. Edit: happened again, 130 on a saturday(4/30 5/1), they sell beer and liquor,the oly place that sells booze within at least a mile radius is closed, i want to spend money here and i cant, trash business

I'm not sure what all the complaints are about. My first visit was yesterday and the cashier I had was Tiffany. She was AWESOME! It was around 11:30a and it was pretty busy and both cashier's were friendly, calm, and professional. Tiffany went out of her way to help me get my rewards card, explained the little flyer on how to get it on my phone, asked my name and shook my hand to welcome me to the neighborhood! I have never had such personalized service ANYWHERE that I have ever been before. I was so impressed, I went back today at the same time and Tiffany was there. It was even more busy and Tiffany was just as friendly and even remembered my name, which is not a common name or an easy one to remember! I have zero complaints thus far and will continue to return simply because I really like Tiffany!

We were just at this location (Saturday, July 13, 2019 between 8:00-8:30 pm)and left very unhappy. As soon as we walked in the casier yells out "cash only." We told her we had cash. She rings out a customer and yells out again this time saying "I'm all out of single so you gotta have exact change." I proceed to ask if she has change; she asks "jingly change?" I proceed to tell her how unprofessional she has been since we walked in the store. She says " well the sign out the door said be right back." I said that the door was open and I find it funny that she did not mention that to the customer who came in the same time as we did. I was putoff by her ghetto attitude and didn't get anything. I ask her for corporates number, she said she didn't know it. I had to ask her for her name twice before she told me Denett . I'm not sure how true that is. My friend tried to pay for his slurpee twice but she said enjoy your slurpee and she wouldn't take his money. It's said that someone who looks to be in her forties has an attitide like a teenager. I won't be going back.
