I moved to Royal Oak a year and a half ago and am an avid Chinese food consumer. I had searched for a quality Almond Chicken dinner at 7-8 different restaurants in the area and it all was very low quality with high prices. I’m so glad I found Kam’s because they have a great almond chicken dinner for a reasonable price. Finally found a good Chinese restaurant in the area!

Rice was burnt, no bean sprouts or onions in rice, egg rolls have no flavor, chicken was overcooked like its been sitting for awhile. The only thing good about the meal was the sauce. And they don't accept credit card or debit, smh. This was my first time eating there and will not be ordering from them again.

It’s CASH ONLY. It was decent food. I ordered Genera Tsaos with shrimp fried rice. The shrimp in my shrimp fried rice weren’t what I was looking for, they were salad shrimp. The crab Rangoon was good. I would try again.

Great food at a very reasonable price. Human spicey shrimp was spot on ! Shrimp fried rice was tasty and so were the shrimp egg rolls.

I LOVE their Sweet & Sour Chicken! I literally drive for miles. They are Cash only but worth it. Fast & Friendly. I found out why their chicken is so much better than other places...they use REAL CHICKEN!

Ordered the chicken fried rice and if it were not for the rain outside, I would have taken the FAKE food right back and asked for a full refund! I was suspicious when I saw that the "chicken" was cubed and all the "chicken" pieces were the exact same size. I ate one piece and it was as I suspected, it was not breast chicken or even dark meat chicken! If was FAKE, RUBBER "CHICKEN"!!! I pitched the entire container of "chicken" fried rice and decided it was a small price to pay to KNOW where NEVER to go for Chinese food, EVER again! I would have given this Place ZERO stars, but the system would not allow me to post unless I filled in at least one star. BUT, no that this Place gets a MINUS FIVE STARS from me!

2nd time ordering catering for office lunch today, the food is not good the almond chicken was undercooked and rubbery, the pepper steak was undercooked, mainly green peppers and onions and the meat was tough, same with the steak kow the meat was tough and too much broccoli. I'm not sure if that's really steak and the chicken in the fried rice was little square pieces (processed) nothing was good, the overall quality of the food is not good, they use dark meat in the chicken dishes instead of white meat. I would not recommend kams.
