Located in the footprint of the Chevron at University and Sacramento, The Everest Momo is a small food truck offering big flavors. I had the veggie momos with a creamy tomato sauce and a spicy chili sauce. I could smell the chow mein another couple had ordered, and may have to try that sometime.
There's a 7% discount for cash orders, so my nine momos cost $8.12. Not bad!

I love the taste of food and the quality of food here. I have been here several times. However with time I have noticed that the quality of food and consistency of taste has degraded. I am giving 3 stars because at one time when we were eating momos.. We found a Staple inside the momo.. My aunt was so lucky that she was able to find it while chewing with no injuries.. It would have been horrible had she swallowed the metal. We notified and showed the guy at the cashier... The response null... Not even a word of apology....

excellent! I liked the vegetarian momos even better than the chicken; the fried rice and chow mein was delicious as well- flavorful and lots of chicken. The two types of dipping sauces were also great. Parking was easy, and there is seating/tables outside. we came as a group after a hike in Tilden and were able to eat with our dogs next to us. The chefs/servers were gracious and hospitable, and we will definitely return.

Best momo and Chowmin in Bay area. Great service and Guys are really friendly. One has to definitely try Chowmin. Chai is really good too.
