Dunkin'

This used to be my favorite Dunkin donuts. Recently, I went in and ordered my usual, "a large cold foam cold brew with no ice". I noticed my drink was over 6 dollars but thought it was just a normal price hike. I came back days later and asked for the same order, but this time I watched the screen. They charged me $1 for no ice. So I cancelled my order and went to a different dunkin. Total cheapskates lost my business. This is not standard, it is only at this Dunkin location. Right afterwards, I went a town over to the next Dunkin and ordered my large cold foam cold brew with no ice for $4.79 as opposed to more than $6

So I ordered a coffee roll as I've done before..I requested it to get heated, not much to ask for..I was given my order..So when I opened the bag my coffee roll was just thrown in there without a sleeve..I approached the gentleman that gave me my order [tall with a beard) he made me feel as if it was my fault that this occurred...Totally uncalled for..I give the service today a big 0..BTW the coffee roll was cold...Training will definitely help...#CUSTOMERSALWAYSRIGHT...
