Pizza Hut

Pizza was horrible. Really let me down with how my pizzas were made. This is second time I was disappointed recently and Pizza Hut has fallen off completely over the years. Was a favorite of me and my kids for years but no more. Clearly don’t care anymore what they send out. Will not be ordering anymore. Moving on to local pizza places and or Papa Johns whom take a bit more pride in product they send out. Truly a sad day for me and my kids regarding Pizza Hut.

Very good service!!!!! Hot pizza !!!! Delicious wings with good flavor, and cooked to perfection!! This pizza was hot and cheesy always gets it right the manager works really hard to make sure everything is right . Also the young lady in the front with the green hair is also great . You won't be disappointed.

Customer service was terrible. I was made to wait for a while when my order was ready (I could see it) when I got there. There was nobody else in the store and the employees were just talking between them and could not be bothered. They told me I had to wait because my order was not ready. After 10 minutes they hand it the order to me (it was on the counter all along). Pizza and wings were cold.

This Pizza Hut has great customer service and food. I haven’t had any bad experiences at this location. The delivery driver, the staff and the guy Kevin at the front desk are all very friendly! Always satisfied after coming here. Thank you! Update: James at the front desk was extremely nice and professional! I always come back not just for the food but customer service! Once again: Their customer service is always worth writing a review for. Daniel was awesome and I couldn’t help but come back here to write about it. Thank you for always making it a pleasant experience.

We have loved this Pizza Hut in the past but last two times we ordered were terribly disappointed and this time I'm done. I recieved RAW PIZZA! Read the story... so I track my order online from time I ordered to time it I ordered until it left the store was about 14 minutes which never happens. I said ah maybe they had a lull so they get it out fast. Still didn't seem like enough time to cook. Well I continue waiting... Thirty extra minutes from the time they say it's leaving shop til it gets to me. I'm less than a mile away. Okay perhaps a few orders had to be delivered. Open the box and the pizza is raw! Two pizzas, same thing. One was a large, one was a medium, both raw, medium worse than large. I had to throw both pies I ordered in the oven again just to be able to eat them. An hour waiting for pizza and the dough wasn't cooked. Had to heat my oven and leave it in for nearly ten minutes for it to be cooked all the way through. Disgusting. I took a photo. It may be hard to see. My husband and son even noticed the pizza was not right after one bite. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.

I went because I like stuffed crust pizza. The staff is super friendly. I got home with the pizza and it was overcooked. It also wasn't cut all the way. So when I went to grab a slice the pizza was all stuck together. My daughter also did not feel well after eating it. So all in all will stick with my small owner pizza places.
