New Barbecue Pit

What a waste of money! Won't coming back for sure. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. The lumpia doesn't resemble a lumpia, can't discern the grilled pork belly - it's sloppy and greasy and burnt. Same with the pork barbecue which looks more like a charcoal. Hoping the java rice would save it but it's bland to say the least.

This place used to be good but it has gone downhill. I’ve heard so many complaints and it’s sad that this place represents filipino food in some way lol. The quality is terrible super greasy and cooked super quick. Most recently we ordered Lechon Kawali and they gave us Kare Kare. And they didn’t even bother to make it look presentable. Unbelievable. There are definitely better places!

This is the first time ordering from them. It's cold out and so we order to go. Indoor dinning was closed due to the pandemic. Didn't get a chance to look inside. Dishes were authentic Philippino pork. Flavorful and smokey. I especially like the spicy vinegar sauce to go with pork BBQ on a stick. Garlic rice was very tasty as well. The lumping Shanghai was exceptional good. Different from spring roll, this tiny roll is filled with"sausage" tender and chewy. This is a dish only found in Philippino restaurant. Overall, it was a good dinner experience. I would give it a 3.5 at least!

This is a review just on the service alone. I ordered a pound of lechon kawali for pickup Thanksgiving 2021, and they gave me KareKare instead due to no organization. No receipt, they only accepted cash. Tried to return and get my order corrected but they closed before I could get it fixed. Tip for anyone ordering here for take-away: have them open up the packed food in front of you to confirm.

My family and i have been ordering Lechon from this place for a long time, and we live all the way up in Northern Westchester County in NY, but every occasion we drive down to this spot for their delicious, crunchy, tender and tasty lechon! Their lechon is excellent...even the day after Lechon is still crunchy and tender! My Dad who is a certified Cebuano, whose mother(my grandma) has a lechon restaurant in Cebu, totally approved of their Lechon! Excellent Lechon!

I celebrated my nomination last night in this excellent restaurant. happy to tell that it was a enjoyable evening and the place was undoubtedly the reason for the strong evening. The team contributed in a gorgeous way, the cooking was extremely good and my buddies were extremely thrilled. We shall surely return for more events. Thank you very much.
