Subway

So I ordered yesterday because I was coming home from work. I ordered the sandwich at 735 and it said it would be ready by 805. I was okay with this and I arrived at 758 to pick up the sandwich even if I had to wait. I was greeted with a locked door and a woman wiping down tables. I knocked on the door to see if maybe she had made my sandwich and just closed the door. I was dismissed twice and the third time I was yelled at that for saying I already paid. She didn't come to the door and acted as if I wasn't there. She said that they close at 750 apparently even when everything including the door said that they close at 9pm. She obviously never made my sandwich and every time I call she tells me she doesn't know the manager when if she is employed, that is impossible. To be honest this woman's behavior is horrible and I'm not the type to go about putting reviews up like this. I just want my money back and her fired.
