After a long absence, the buffet is OPEN AGAIN! !! I'm very happy with the quality of the food, service, and updated decor . Lots of seafood choices as well as sushi, and classic buffet fare. The coconut shrimp and cocoa mousse cream were big hits with the kids.
I've tried many different Chinese food buffets in the area and International Buffet is definitely my favorite. The variety of the food beats any other option. They have different cuisines from all over the world, hence the name of the place.
One of my favorite dishes here is their coconut shrimp. I always get a plateful when I go and always get a craving for it.
The quality of the food is way above average for a buffet, and they also have crab legs and sushi which is really nice. For dessert, they even have tiramisu. For the price of this place, I was definitely not expecting this many options.
Parking is plentiful in the lot so there is no need to worry about that, and I usually always get seated very quickly when I go so there is rarely ever a long wait.
Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, the restaurant is closed for the time being. I'm hoping that they will still be in business and will be able to reopen once the pandemic is over.
My daughter absolutely loves this buffet. I’m not too fond of it but the pricing is not too bad so I spoil her with a monthly visit so she can stuff herself with crabs. The waitresses are not warm but they get the job done so I can’t complain too much about that. The food area is organized and I’ve never seen any area empty. My mother loves this buffet too so maybe it’s just me.
The sushi has recently gotten much better. They have a woman now who makes the sushi. Staff has gotten friendlier too, especially compared to 2 years ago. I think the food quality is pretty good. Lots of green veggies and fresh fruit. Restaurant is good for families who don't have time to wait. Very convenient for us. I think they pay attention to food safety. We've been going for years and never got sick once.
The food was good, not spectacular, but it was above what I expected. There were also enough people so that the food was relatively fresh, but not so many that we had to wait for seating. We took my grandma, parents, and brothers (18 and 7) and everyone liked it. The service was okay too, we got into a dispute about the number 9f drinks but the staff was friendly enough to solve the issue. Each person was 16.99 plus drinks- for that price I don't regret going. Overall I enjoyed the place.
The food has improved since I last ate here over 5 years ago! The staff attitude and demeanor has also improved but still needs work. The sushi has since been greatly stepped up! Good eats for the price! The food is greasy, salty, and filling. Shocked? Well I guess you've never been to a cheap Chinese buffet before.
