Cute sub and pizza shop. They have a dining area to eat inside with a great view of the water. Ham sub was good and very large portion. The staff was really friendly.

Decent little place. Great bread! Great hot peppers! Great Mac salad! Great service!
It would have been 5 stars if the hamburger patties were fresh and made in the kitchen but unfortunately they are frozen little patties.
Will likely stop again if back in the area in the future.
