Worst Wendy's experience ever! The young lady taking orders was very nice but EVERYTHING else was terrible. I literally waited 20 minutes for a single hamburger and fries and was cold and order was wrong.

Let's face it; you are only here for one thing and one thing only. Go ahead and order your 4 for $4 today! Get your fresh hot fries, those 4 tender all white meat nuggets, the always fresh never frozen all beef patty jr double cheese burger, and wash it all down with an ice cold coke.

2x I had a 40 min wait in the drive thru line 1 messed up order and no answer or response to my phone calls. Today I had a 30 min wait and still no order taken. I feel after 3 chances I will not be going back to this location ever again.

This Wendy’s was the nastiest Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. I’m not sure if it’s because we’re from Chicago but this Wendy’s was terrible. It wasn’t up to date. Looked like my childhood Wendy’s but 1000x worst. The food taste fake and no flavor. They messed up our ordered but at least the workers were professional about it. The place and food 🤢

Went pretty late at night. Drive thru worker was the sweetest girl I have ever met. Order was correct and fries were fresh.

The top 3 worst fast food restaurants I've been to. On average it takes 15 minutes to get food here. Absolutely garbage. And I am usually very generous with my reviews. Not today. Not this one!

Do not come here if you're in any kind of hurry. Ridiculous to sit in the drive thru for more than 30 mins when there is only 3 or 4 cars ahead of you.
