Taco Bell

Since when does taco bell cost 59$ to feed 3 kids and 1 adult. Worst taco bell ever. The order taker kept cutting us off the cashier didn't even acknowledge us at the window she just stuck her hand out. They messed the order up and left items out of our bag. We were playing in a ball tournament and we were running late so I couldn't go back to get the food we didn't get. Ridiculous!!!!!

I try not to give negative reviews, because I understand sometimes you just have those bad days, but this location needs one. I hope it is a wake up call. I placed an order on line and went inside to pick up. I had to wait about 5 minutes for my order, which was no biggie, but what I witnessed was shocking. When I walked in there was a couple ahead of me complaining their order was missing items, the front staff looked at them like they were crazy and walked off. Never said anything to them. Finally someone came up and assisted them. Also, while I was patiently waiting 2 other people came in to complain that their order from the drive thru was either missing items or their items were incorrect. The facility was dirty and smelled like sweat. There was an employee in the assembly area that looked mad at the world and was slinging food around. The worst part was that an employee in the back was coughing uncontrollably and it sounded as though they were starting to gag on it. It did not sound like a choking cough, but a sick need a doctor visit kind of cough. This did not make me feel comfortable receiving food from them. I know everyone is entitled to an off day, but this location needs training on customer service and cleanliness.

This has happened twice where they have gotten my order wrong when going through the taco bell app. I had items missing. I have tried to call there several times tonight but no answer. I have a infant so it's hard to come back out to pick up my missing items. This is disappointing. They really need to pay attention more. Waste of money.

It's over priced flavorless food. If you want to know what Taco Bell should taste like buy non taco bell labeled ingredients at the grocery store and make it at home. A double decker taco Supreme is a regular in my kitchen. I will take the Pepsi challenge with Taco bell any day anywhere any menu item.

First charged us for wrong order. Then didn’t know how to refund back to a debit card. Gave refund in cash but were unable to know if this was correct because they kept that receipt. Stuffed the receipt in the bag with a bare hand onto an unwrapped burrito. To top it off the order was incorrect except the drinks
