Ihop

We were just passing through and needed a place to stop that could accommodate our 5th wheel. They have ample parking for big rigs. The parking lot is fairly easy to get in and out of. Service was extremely slow. We had to wave the waitstaff down so we could pay and get on the road. Their cash register kiosk was heavily disheveled upon entrance. That was a key indicator of the chaotic environment. They had notices posted on the door to ask for patience and understanding for some items that would not be available due to supply chain shortages. The waitress joked about waiting 10-weeks for the new coloring pages that they had just received. Apparently they were out of them for the entire 10-weeks. We understood that there is an issue with getting supplies on time and most businesses are understaffed due to that pesky virus. However, we were there at an odd hour of the weekday which seemed like they were not as busy as usual. I felt they did have enough staff to handle their workload during that time period. I do believe that they are doing all they can during this trying time. The food was satisfactory and as expected. Coffee was fresh and great! The overall appearance and cleanliness of the restaurant was subpar to say the least. Bathrooms could have been cleaner as well. Clearly there were fingerprints and smudges all over every partition and glass door/window. They have not been keeping up with enhanced cleaning techniques for restaurants during the pandemic. They need to have someone that has a sole purpose of sanitizing and keeping the restaurant cleaner and safer for patrons health.

Friendly and efficient waitress. The food portions was just right. The hamburger omelette was savory and very filling. We didn't have to wait to be seated. The waitress was very attentive to our needs at our table, even though she was training another employee. The waitress also had multiple tables but never lost focus on our table. I truly wish all waiters and waitress was more like our waitress.

Never again! After asking the waitress 5 times for coffee, she brought me a cup and carafe, as I was about half way through my first cup , my wife asked what was on my cup, after turning it around I discovered it was lip stick! I asked for the manager, who came and looked at it, apologized and brought me another cup. My wife had to send her food back, grilled chicken sandwich which was way undercooked. But when I got the bill they didn't charge for my coffee 😒. Never, never, never again!

Worst service ever! Waited for 10 minutes after we were seated to even have a waiter come to take drink orders. Took another 10 minutes just to get water and coffee! Then after 30 minutes water came back and said she forgot to put our order in. Next table of 8 got their food 20 minutes before us and they came in after us! Food was cold and disgusting by time we finally got it! And of course she never brought us napkins or flatware or syrups or condiments! Had to go track her down to get those! Felt bad for her thinking she must be new at this job. She told us she’s been working for IHOP for 20 years! Worst experience I’ve ever at at any IHOP!

Terrible service. Waited 15min after being seated for our waitress to get our drink order because the hostess never told her we were here. Then the French toast only had a pinch of powdered sugar on only one slice. The Jr cheeseburger was just a normal burger torn in half. When we complained the manager came over being extremely rude and didn't even tell us her name until we yelled out for it as she walked off. This has been the worst IHOP we have ever been to.

Worst experience! My child got a Jr burger they literally broke it in half!! The cheese was bigger than the meat itself! The French toast was only sprinkled with powdered sugar! I had to ask for more! Then when the manager came over she wanted me to pay for a full size burger for them to remake! And she was so rude about it! Not only about that but that all other ihops are doing it wrong! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION!!!
