Chicken seemed like a mix between Long-John Silver's and Church's flavor wise. I liked it for a quick, no-frills chicken stop on road-trips. Lost of fried sides, and the sweet tea was great.

This is the second time I've been given old chicken. And when I say old I mean old. Dry. Old. And gross I hate that because this was my favorite chicken express. Last time I was given poor customer service and let it slide. This time I can't. I was also given "fresh" cooked okra that tasted awful. I was giving it a second chance but it isn't worth the drive to go back. It sucks and I'm bummed out. Hopefully it'll get better but doubt I'm going back.

The gallon sweet tea is good and we get the family meals because it feeds a big family of six. The only down fall is that they are not open on Sunday.

The place is great, I always get decent food, and the young woman that waited on me was fantastic.
I love chicken express, because you can get items like deep fried chicken livers and gizzards, and you just can't get that at any other fast food places that I am aware of, so kudos to chicken express..

They forgot my ranch even though the girl in the Drive-Thru said they put tons in there and my fried pickles were disgusting looking also they forgot to put my family size poppers in there.. called and told them and they put me on the book but I will never go there again

Food was great... though the oil on the last bite was bitter/burnt tasting.
The only complain I have is the price or their family mills have almost doubled and 50+
