We bought a 8 piece chicken dinner. Got it home and found the chicken was inedible. It looked like it had been sitting all afternoon. Completely dried out and tasted old. The biscuits were the same way.

They ran out of tenders (understandable) so I ordered regular chicken. It was super soggy and SUPER SALTY. The biscuits were hard. They ran out of Mac and cheese (understandable) but then they forgot my mashed potatoes. It was like 40 bucks and the only thing edible was the fries. I'm not a picky eater or a complainer but yikes 😬 .. also the staff was friendly so I feel bad writing this.

I had my order Doordashed and I paid for a 5 piece chicken strip meal and got a 4 piece.. I never received my dipping sauce I requested. And the bowl I ordered for my husband did not have the popcorn chicken in it it was chicken tenders shredded. NEVER AGAIN!!Then I called to speak with someone and I got an answering machine. Really really unprofessional will not ever go back to this location again bad bad bad..

Ordered from here through GrubHub around 7 o'clock. Said my order would be ready by 8. The restaurant kept pushing back my order; from 8 to 8:20 to 8:40. Finally it got to the point it said my meal would be ready at 9. Contacted GrubHub and they said the restaurant closed at 8:30; even though the google page says 9. After reading the reviews here, I think the restaurant either ran out of chicken or the workers didn't want to cook my order. Wont be ordering from here again

The employees here are idiots. It was slow when I tried ordering and they still can't do their jobs right. I went in with my fiance, we tried ordering separate, and they never took my order. They assumed that we were sharing his meal (a sandwich and fries). I just didn't order. If they're too dumb to take my order than they're too dumb to get my food right. I'm still here. My man is eating. They aren't working. They are in the back goofing off.

The person in the window was awesome and friendly but when I got home I was missing half my order that I had to wait almost 15 minutes to even have brought out to me.

Today, my friends at KFC catered a party of about 60 people and did a fantastic job. My company has decided we will use them again in the coming months. I fully recommend Benton Harbor KFC the next time you have an event and want some fried chicken.
