Hamburger wasn't hot, chili was hot and good flavor. Service was good. They had no baked potatoes, big let down would gave been a 30 min wait for the potatoes. We were there after 4 and would have thought they would have baked potatoes. Don't know there schedule for cooking food.

Slow to take order. 3 people were handling one order. Only 1 should be filling order and that would free up others to take orders.

I need a manager or someone to figure out who made my order today 11/22/23 1:08pm. That was the best baconator I have ever had. No ketchup like I asked, perfect amount of mayo, everything was stacked on the bun perfect and not falling over. It shows whoever made this baconator took pride in what they do. I hope someone finds them and tells them I said thank you. They need to be appreciated!

Came here for some food with my SO, we ordered and the cashier was friendly. It did take a little while for us to get our food, but that's understandable as they were a little busy so. They were kind enough to let me know when my nuggets would be ready, and brought them out with a sauce to my table.
They had given me the wrong burger as well, but quickly gave me a new one and let me keep the wrong one. Overall, the staff was friendly and caring, the food was good and the vibes inside were chill. It was an overall quiet place, which made it nice to eat and have a conversation, without any headaches.

Appears to be newly renovated. Food was really good and the service was excellent. Better than the Wendy's at the White Oak Shopping Center in Garner. I see a lot of complaints about staffing and renovations. But the restaurant is spotless and the staff was very attentive and sounded like they were enjoying their work day.

I don't care what kind of day you're having... when you're in a customer service industry just fake it if you have to and say Thank You or Have a Nice Day. It's not hard. Just shoving my $12 burger at me and walking away from the window without a single word (especially after I'm talking to and being very polite to you) is just plain rude. This review was after at least 3 bad experiences.
Edit: Sunday 9.25.22 Changed from 1 to 5 stars because the staff today was awesome at order and both windows. Long line but they kept it moving and were so nice at the windows. Keep this crew. Thank you!

Good burger, but the lettuce could have been cut up. Also while there was a lid to the frosty, it makes sense, but it could have been better. The lid as it was was a little to small.
Good service otherwise, other than the fact there there was a disproportionate number of signs for 6 feet. 1 every other table is fine, if not take the chairs.
