Let me start off by saying I went in there to just buy some wood to smoke a brisket and walked out with an amazing cut of wagyu beef brisket that was to die for. Their quality of meat is beyond anything you can get at your local store. The owner Bill came out to ask me a few questions about my smoking technique and definitely gave me some insight on how to enhance my abilities. I followed his tips and the brisket was the hit of the party, even the vegetarians became converts, but in all seriousness this place has everything you need to do a proper grill or smoke. Whether it be wood, rubs, sauces, smokers, grills or the meat itself, Smoke'n Dudes is going to have what you need to get the job done right. Thanks again i will be recommending you to all my friends
Joined my husband for the BBQ 101 class yesterday. It was phenomenal! I can't say enough great things about it. You get your money's worth in food alone. They walk through prep, cooking, everything. The group size was perfect, enough people for nice conversation, but small enough for personal attention and questions. Best part is you get to eat it all when it's through. They give tips for both cooking in your backyard, and for competing. Even got a tour of their facility to see how it all goes down. You leave with a booklet FULL of recipes and instruction, as well as a bag of goodies! And the father-son team who run it were extermely friendly, answered all questions and even invited us to say hi during competitions. Could ask for better instructors. Well worth the money and time whether your looking to compete or just serve better food to your family. If they ever offer an advanced class, I'm there!! Amazing!

Great Food & Service. We just moved into the area and decided to do a pick-up order. The girl was very helpful & nice on the phone and her estimated wait time was spot-on. There seemed to be a few tables inside. The bbq bacon cheddar burger was cooked to my medium order. The order came with chips & a pickle. They even wrapped the burger so the juices wouldn't make the chips soggy! The mac & cheese wasn't as good as I hoped, but it was still good. The cornbread was very moist. The 1/2 chicken was amazing. the fries were seasoned very nicely. We will be back!
Service was ok, a bit slow at first. But the food OMG being from the south I cancelled out everything else around me and was stuck on how good I was feeding my face. A plus in my book.

Me and my cousin went there yesterday and the place is awesome. The people working there are very cool and helpful. we were looking for a certain spice with butter and garlic and they didnt have it, but the man working there went through the spices with us and found us one that im liking better than what i was looking for 🙂 . He even offered to open it and let us taste it. This please is amazing and the people are awesome. If your anywhere near by , pop on by and stop in and check it out. Cant wait for that sausage making class either!!!!!
UPDATE: Went Saturday 1/17/2022 and got 40 wings for take out (they doing take out on fri-sat now). and WOW! The wings were AMAZING! got Gold Rush and hickory sauce. I cant wait till this weekend to try what they have!!!!! Love this place.
Steve was a great help. Tons of sauces and rubs to choose from. They also carry smokers and frozen cuts so you can try out your new grill! Try a Wagyu Brisket, you'll never look back.

Office staff was a pleasure to work with and made planning easy. On the day of the event the servers were professional and courteous and made the serving of our guests effortless. Most importantly, the food was phenomenal. Guests were raving about how good all the menu items tasted. We highly recommend!
