I HAD STOPPED COMING TO THIS LOCATION ABOUT A YEAR AGO DUE TO POOR SERVICE. I RECENTLY STARTED TO COME BACK. BAD IDEA! THEY STILL HAVE POOR SERVICE, VERY RUDE, FOLLOW MY KIDS AND I ALL OVER THE STORE, ( EVERY PURCHASE THATS MADE IS NO LESS $40.00 ) THEY ACCUSED MY SON OF STEELING AFTER HE HAD JUST PURCHASED A $20.00 PLAY STATION CARD. ONE OF THE WORKERS GRABBED MY SONS ARM AND TOLD HIM TO EMPTY HIS POCKETS. THEY DID NOT FIND ANYTHING. MY SON DOES NOT STEEL! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. WILL NOT COME HERE AT ALL!

This 7-11 is one of the best that I've been to. I highly recommend it as the staff are very friendly and nice. The story is very clean and you can tell it is highly taken care of. I am a regular customer and always find what I need here. Although it is a 7-11, it's better than any other convenience store. I'll still be coming here whenever I need to, and I recommend you do too. :)

If I could give 0 stars I would. Besides it being one of the priciest gas in town behind chevron, the car wash also damaged my car. I had removed my radio antenna as reccomended. When in the wash as the roller were moving, it grabbed my rack which is secured to the vehicle and bent them up 65 degrees. Keep in mind this exact vehicle with same configuration has been ran through that wash many times without any issue. The manager came out and said the wash nor him was responsible because it is considered an "accessory". If this is considered an accessory than i guess a roof rack or any type of tool or structure whether it is stock or not will probably br broken by this wash. Manager would not take responsibility and bent my racks back to "how they were". Do not reccomend this station since it was taken over by 7/11.

Gas prices aren't too bad, but the car wash not only didn't clean my car, but left soap on my car that I now cannot get off, even after another wash at a different place. They just spent a few months working on the car wash and it now works worse than it did before, and costs more.

It's a normal 7-11. And I've been to plenty of them in the Bay area. And this is the first time where they seemed to really not care about the customer at all. And not the usual guy down the isle stocking and one guy chcking out when there was a line. They just don't want to put any effort into helping you out. Going to stick to 5th Street if I need something from a 7-11 now.

This used to be the Corner Store before rebranded as 7-Eleven. Staff here are nice, the range of snacks is good, and there is a clean male and female restroom available without having to ask for a key. A car wash and 76 fuel (formerly Valero gas) are also on site.

I’ve been supporting this address for years but can no longer give them my business. The customer service is nonexistent, the employees are always on their phones and some of the people are just rude. They don’t seem to care anymore.
